How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free for orders delivered to supported United States addresses. There is no minimum order value.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are estimated to arrive within 4–7 business days from the date the order is placed. This estimate includes processing and transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. For assistance, email everdentoyssupport@gmail.com with your order number.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will help where we can before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved returns receive free return shipping, and no restocking fee is charged. After we receive the return, a full refund for the returned item and applicable sales tax will be issued to the original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us with your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the item and packaging when possible. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a full refund.
Product information
What comes with the musical plush?
Battery-powered versions include a battery and screwdriver. Rechargeable versions include a charging cable. Each order includes one musical fruit plush in the selected style.
Where can I find age and care instructions?
Please follow the instructions and age recommendations provided with the product. Inspect the item before use and stop using it if it becomes damaged. Contact us before ordering if you have a product question that is not answered on the product page.
