Welcome to Everden Toys. These Terms of Service govern your use of our online store and purchases made from Everden Toys. References to “Everden Toys,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this store.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform through which we offer our products.

By visiting our website, using our services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced below. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

Store eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use the store lawfully, provide accurate information, and not attempt to interfere with the website, gain unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, transmit malicious software, or misuse our services.

Product information

We work to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and availability information. Colors and product appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.

Follow all instructions, age recommendations, and safety warnings included with a product. If an item arrives damaged or appears unsafe or defective, stop using it and contact us for assistance.

If we discover a material error in a product description, price, or availability after an order is placed, we will contact you with the available options. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and the complete order total are displayed during checkout.

You agree to provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.

We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, payment problems, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or an error affecting the order. If payment was collected for a canceled or unavailable item, we will issue a refund.

Shipping and delivery

Everden Toys provides free standard shipping to supported United States addresses. Orders are estimated to arrive within 4–7 business days from ordering, including processing and transit time.

Returns and refunds

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved returns receive free return shipping, and no restocking fee is charged.

After receiving a return, we will issue a full refund for the returned item, including applicable sales tax, to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional time to post a refund.

Items that arrive damaged are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be offered. See our Return and Refund Policy for the complete process.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will assist where possible before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

If an order has already shipped, you may use our 30-day return process. This section does not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.

We may contact you about your order, account, delivery, returns, or customer-support requests. Marketing communications are optional, and you may unsubscribe using the link included in marketing emails.
